Terms of Sale
At this time, we will not be accepting returns or exchanges. No exceptions will be made to this policy for custom ordering. If an item arrives damaged, we must be contacted within 24 hours of delivery, and we will promptly provide a resolution.
Custom items must be paid in full at the time of placing your order. Once payment is received, a mock-up design will be sent within 3 business days for approval. Once the custom design is approved, no changes can be made. Orders will begin processing after the approval is received. Custom orders may take 10-14 business days to be completed prior to shipping.
The general turn around time for an order to be processed is 10 to 12 business days with the exception of custom orders. Please note that this can change based on the volume of orders. When this occurs, an announcement bar will be placed on the website with updated processing times. We use UPS for shipping with tracking and insurance included. Royal Heat Customs LLC is not to be held responsible for any delays within the UPS system or lost packages. If a package is lost or delayed in transit, a claim will be filed with UPS accordingly. When an order is shipped, tracking information will be provided via the email used when placing your order.
We post content to social media that shows our finished products which includes custom ordering. If there is a custom order purchase that you would not like to be posted, please contact us ASAP.
